The product
Are these actually good for running?
Yes. That's the whole point. 28.8g TR90 frame, rubberised nose and temple grips, wraparound fit — they stay on your face when you're pushing hard. The most common thing our customers say is "don't bounce, don't slip, don't move." That's not marketing. It's verbatim.
What's UV400 mean?
It means 100% of UVA and UVB rays are blocked. Every pair. No exceptions. Not "up to" UV400 — just UV400, full stop.
What's included with my order?
The sunnies, a microfibre cleaning cloth, and a hard case. No upsell. That's the whole kit.
What's the frame made of?
TR90 — a memory-flex thermoplastic used in performance eyewear. Light, flexible, doesn't snap when you sit on them.
Do they fit most face shapes?
The RYZE frame is a universal sport wraparound, so it works on most heads. If you're genuinely unsure, reach out before you order and we'll help you figure it out.
Shipping
When does my order ship?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Australia: 3–7 business days. New Zealand: 7–14 business days. International: 10–20 business days. Carrier delays happen occasionally — your tracking link will have the latest.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details come through via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you're outside Australia or New Zealand, allow 10–20 business days and note that customs processing can add time.
Returns & exchanges
What's the returns policy?
30 days. No questions. If they're not right, send them back unused in original condition and we'll sort it.
What if I want a different colourway instead?
Easy. Get in touch and we'll swap them over for you.
What if they arrive damaged or faulty?
That shouldn't happen, but if it does — email us at hello@altraeyewear.com with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it fast.
Payment & protection
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
What's the 1-year protection plan?
An optional $10 add-on at checkout. Covers manufacturing defects and accidental damage for 12 months. Worth it if you're hard on gear.
