Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out quickly and cover all costs involved.
